Do Nothing When Nothing is Working...Seriously!

Do nothing when nothing is working – a little gem of advice offered by a female behaviorist in O magazine found at one of my now-every-8-week haircut and foiling sessions instead of the usual and ideal every six or seven weeks. This struck a chord with me. When you are down and out you feel so guilty for feeling so down and out. Alas, here is someone who said to take the down time without fighting it. The ebbs and flows are there, but during the ebbs, seize the moment and rest. Intentionally rest. Without. Feeling. Guilty.

Then get ready for the flow. ;-)
