G4 = Ginger's Gazelle Garage Gym = Free Exercise

To get in the workout groove, my neighbor -- a good friend -- has a Gazelle piece of exercise equipment just sitting in her house, as do I. So, we moved them into my attached garage and are planning to exercise set to my iPod music -- and walking the neighborhood, too. I am tired of being sedentary, which I was wayyyy too much last year. Plus, I need the endorphins' energy boost, for sure. We'll let you know how the workouts work out! ;-)
